I'm a 6th-year PhD Candidate in Operations Management at the University of Rochester, Simon Business School. I am fortunate to be advised by Professor Yaron Shaposhnik (University of Rochester), Professor León Valdés (University of Pittsburgh), and Professor Fernanda Bravo (UCLA).
My research includes behavioral operations, human-algorithm collaboration, interpretable and explainable AI, and causal inference. I conduct laboratory experiments and apply machine learning techniques to explore how people perceive and interact with algorithmic tools, aiming to enhance collaborative outcomes.
I hold a Master's degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University, where I double-majored in Economics and Mathematics, with minors in Financial Economics and Psychology. During the 2022-2023 academic year, I was a visiting PhD student at UCLA Anderson School of Management in the Decisions, Operations & Technology Management group.
